The BE AWARE Project, RUMO’s partnership, with Consultis (coordinating entity) and two Bulgarian entities, aimed at the construction and implementation of a training programme under the Supported Employment methodology, aimed at employers and technicians, invites employers; supported employment professionals; persons with disabilities and/or disabilities; representatives of public entities or civil society organisations; policy makers and BE AWARE partners participating in a session World Café, which will take place at Espaço Memória (in Barreiro), on July 16, at 2.30 p.m..
The project BE AWARE (2025-1-PT01-KA210-VET-000351315), lasting 18 months (until March 2027) and co-financing Erasmus+, tThe aim is to adapt and strengthen supported employment practices, with a special focus on improving the skills of professionals who work directly for the socio-occupational integration of people with disabilities or disabilities. The project focuses on strengthening employer engagement strategies, promoting more effective collaboration with companies and contributing to stronger and more sustainable job placements.
Expected results include the mapping of existing training resources, the development of a new training programme for supported employment professionals, the implementation of pilot actions; the creation of a manual of good practices for employers; and the promotion of dialogue initiatives with employers. The project also integrates awareness-raising and communication actions aimed at the public and organisations, promoting a culture of greater inclusion and social responsibility in the labour market.
With this intervention, BE AWARE aims to promote the employability of people with disabilities, enhance the quality of professional practices and contribute to more inclusive, accessible and diversity-focused work environments.

These drawing sessions held abroad will have O Chão das Artes – Jardim Botânico as the inspiration topic of the drawing, and will be guided by the illustrator Sara Simões. This is an informal observation drawing meeting, focused on the garden's plant heritage and its seasonal changes: capture the shadows, draw leaves, trees, birds, reflections, dead natures.
