National Programme for Financing Projects by IDiPD, I.P., 2027

The deadline for submission of applications to the Project Finance Program by IDiPD, I.P., for 2027, will be 7 July a 15 September 2026 (including).

In this sense, the Regulation and a Deliberation of the Governing Board for the 2027 applications, and the instructions and other documents will then be published.

For the purposes of the application, you should consult the Regulation the Program for Financing Projects by IDiPD, I.P., Non-Governmental Organizations of People with Disabilities and theDecision of the Governing Board No º 9/2026 of 3 June 2012, which defines the thematic areas, the funding limits and the duration of the projects.

You should also consult thefilling supportof the application, the document evaluation and weighting criteria and its evaluation grid.

Application

Funding Programme application will be made exclusively online, via platform webIt should therefore proceed as follows:

1. Access to linkhttps://app.seg-social.pt/ong/

2. Enter the platform by placing the NISS and the NGOPD password in the Direct Social Security

3. Fill in the characterisation of the applicant institution, insert the projects and attach the documents listed in Article º(3). 7.º of the Regulation. Please refer to the application support document for filling in the application.

The Jury is available for all clarifications, which should be requested in writing by 10 September 2026, via e-mail IDIPD-Projetos2027@idipd.mtsss.gov.pt
