NOVA School of Law launches Postgraduate Degree in Educational Guardianship Law

The NOVA School of Law, Faculty of Law of the NOVA University of Lisbon, will launch the 1.ª edition of the Post-Graduation in Educational Guardianship Law, which will take place between September 21 and November 9, 2026, online, through the Microsoft Teams platform.

The initiative aims to fill an existing gap in this legal area, providing participants with a comprehensive view on the Educational Guardianship Right and promoting reflection and debate around the most relevant issues related to the rights of young people covered by the educational guardianship intervention.
