Promote the implementation of public policies on the rights of persons with disabilities, in compliance with the principle of equality and the prohibition of discrimination, ensuring that persons with disabilities can fully develop their rights in accordance with the Constitution, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the law, creating conditions that can guarantee their participation and the improvement of the quality of life;
